No, the digital roster form is not intended to replace the paper sign-in sheet. Please keep in mind, that as of the current edition of the CTQP Manual, Providers are required by the FDOT to keep a paper signed roster sheet as evidence that trainees took a class given by a Provider for a period of 2-years. The signed roster is part of the Provider record-keeping to provide supporting evidence to the FDOT in case of a student challenge or audit.
It is highly recommended that CTQP Providers scan and retain copies of all exam documents, for their own record-keeping purposes as noted in the CTQP Manual.
